Everyone, when faced with the problem of life, becomes real and looks human nature. Against the difficult and complicated issues of life, people tend to complain and be discouraged, as if life is not fair. People become negative about God. "Why is the affliction of life always upon me?", Or with another expression "When is my family's life prosperous and affluent?". Such questions are very likely to emerge in everyone's life. this is very dangerous for people who complain about the problem of his life whether the problem of family, organization, and others because when a problem comes there must be a happiness in the end of the problem.
For those who get a test of life's difficulties should make patience as a decoration of their life, by building a belief that the difficulties will soon change the ease. And, sooner or later, because the wheel of life is certain when trouble comes and he will pass sure that will come the name happiness and pleasure or convenience for people whose problems have passed
here I have 5 ways to make our life not too heavy when problems come to us
- Surrender
You will never be able to deal with and overcome problems in the state of mind and heart that think of other problems.
because when a problem we face is not calm then we will get carried away difficult and difficult to solve the problem,To surrender does not mean to do nothing. Being surrendered is an effort to be able to find solutions to problems encountered. by submission we will solve the problem easily.
- Positive Thinking
You will not be able to find a way to solve a problem when your mind is still filled with negativity. because the problem will be solved by a positive mind.
Positive thinking becomes one of the paths you have to go through if you want to solve the problem. With this condition, your mind will be much more open. Including willing to accept input from the other side of the problem you face. From now on try not to think negative when the problem comes to us but try to solve the problem with a positive mind
- Not Exaggerating the Problem
The thing you should keep in mind when looking for ways to overcome the problem is not to raise the problem because it could be a problem that comes to us is small but we actually raise it.
However, that does not mean you have to downplay the problem. Provide the appropriate portion of the problem. Do not exaggerate, nor be reduced. So you can find the most appropriate and wise way to solve the problem. because when the problem is big it will be more difficult to resolve.
- Find the source of the problem
You also can not find the most appropriate way to solve the problem of life if you have not found the root of the problem. because every problem there is a cause why the problem can come to us.
It could be a problem arising from things you've never thought of before. Things that you think all right, turn out to be the trigger problem. from now on for those of you who are having problems try to find the root of the problem.
- Self evaluation
Whatever the problem that happened to you, you should still always introspective. Look deeper, if more problems occur because of your own mistake or not. that's why we need to evaluate ourselves because why this problem comes always to us.
