Skyscraper Building Forgot Make Elevator

An apartment in Spain called In Tempo that will be called one of the skyscrapers in Europe.
This apartment has a height of about 200 meters with 47 floors. The building is built on the beach of Benidorm, Spain, where in this place usually the rich spanish spend the holiday with family.

Whether it's funny or sad to know that a skyscraper in Spain forgot to make rangan for the elevator when the construction is almost complete.

They forgot to build a line for elevators, aka lifts for the residents. They were confused because there was not enough room to build access to the elevator and its large machines in this building. And even more surprising it is the dilemma of the work process that the workers are allowed to climb every floor just like that without any lift at all.
