Summer solstice in the Netherlands
Hi Steemit and dear followers!
As you probably know, today has been the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. Today I would like to share a picture I took at around 10 PM. It still hadn't gone dark and the sun would stay up just a little while longer. Summer has officially begun :)

Wow! Thanks for sharing. I is the longest day of the year and hot too. 120 degrees here where I am. I don't anticipate the longest sun up time as Alaska has 24hours of sun in some areas and we are closer to the equator than most. So maybe 14hours of sun up. Happy beginning of summer!
Wow 120 degrees is really hot! Over here it's been about 90 degrees for a week now, which is considered an official heatwave.
