The stimulation effects of tea and coffee

As we in winter this side l just thought of sharing the effects of tea and coffee. I’m one person who hardly drinks tea or coffee. If I buy 1kg of sugar and 500g of coffee, it tends to last for a year. When it’s winter a lot of people often drink lots of tea and coffee. The coldness often drives us to indulge ourselves in hot beverages. Tobacco is stimulating and so as tea and coffee and they contain poisons. When we feel thirst and its cold we often make a cup of tea or coffee and neglect to drink water

Coffee containing caffeine which can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, increased heart and breathing rate, and other side effects. Consuming large amounts of coffee might also cause headache, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats.

Do you know that the effects of tea and coffee are the same as that of wine and cider, liquor and tobacco? Tea, coffee, and tobacco hold different degrees in the scale of artificial stimulant. Coffee temporarily excites the mind to unwonted action, but the after effect is exhaustion, prostration, paralysis of the mental moral and physical powers. That’s why in most cases it is difficult to break up the tea and coffee habit. I have a friend who drinks more than 10 cups of coffee every day and she just can’t help it. If she doesn’t drink coffee she suffers from headache. Stimulating drinks like coffee and tea causes headaches, nervous prostration and loose much time on sickness. We benefit nothing from drinking tea or coffee, they contain no food value so why waste our money in buying them?

Much love from me to y'all.
