Well organized video and yes I agree with you. There are many who instead of working on their goals, they just keep telling their sad stories. They don't want to work (in spite of being capable)but always want people to help them.

There are many employees who just want pay but don't want to work. I mean if someone has come for the job he/she should be willing to work for which they are being paid. How can they just spend their time without doing anything...
