To start your day fit and fresh, What should we do first when we wake up in the morning? What ways should we try to get up early in the morning when we first wake up? We are aware of the methods that will form the basis of your business and social life.

What should we do when we wake up in the morning?

The first hour we wake up in the morning and the wrong one is reflected in the whole day. This first hour, which is the foundation of our day, takes away the worries of life, social and private life events and intense city life stress, worries and negativities.

Feel the energy of the sun

We start with very simple guidelines. To be happy in the day, you do not need expensive sports, those difficult diets and detox waters you do not like to taste in. Wake up with a good night's sleep, then hit your eyes in the sun.

Of course you need to manage stress for quality sleep. Being a vicious cycle, happiness in the sun and quality sleep are complementary to each other.

You wake up with that magnificent energy of the sun and you are straight. You can continue with body exercises. First of all, take three deep deep breaths and move your blood circulation system that slows down at night with shoulder and body flexing movements.

Personal care is important

By doing your personal care, you will be able to apply your first hour's rule in a planned manner in the morning. By cleansing your mouth and teeth with the help of a toothbrush, you will eliminate bad bacteria that evolve at night and make your mouth smell.

If you need a shower, be sure to take a shower because taking a shower takes away the bad energy that accumulates in the body. If you do not feel like showering, wash your face clean and dry with a towel.

You can continue wearing your own comfortable clothes. Plan what you will do during the day, where you will go and whom you will meet. This will help you spend more time efficiently and make more time for yourself.

Every morning absolutely a glass of lemon water

Try to drink 4 glasses of water until 10:00. A few drops of lemon in your first cup. Lemon juice will help you digest your digestive system.

Do not interrupt the breakfast

Make sure you have breakfast every morning. You can end the 1 hour rule with a protein-heavy breakfast. The protein, which is good in memory, accelerates your metabolism by strengthening your muscles.

This is so good! Unfortunately for me it's rolling around in bed until I need to get up, have a quick coffee and go. I really want to enjoy breakfast but I hate eating in the morning :(

Most people think like you. But breakfast is very important to start the day beautifully.

I think eating less late at night may also help me eat a little earlier haha
