Little amount of sugar can boost your brain . Like for exam , for interview , meeting , speech etc in this situation it is great but only for short time .

Avoid light in bedroom at night .
In morning take cold shower and let it hit your face and chest for at least 1 minutes. It sounds crazy and difficult in beginning but it works. I tried it.
