Hola a todos, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unos tips que harán que te veas bien aún bajo 35°C😎
Comencemos: ➴
✅ Opta por ropa simple, fresca y de colores claros, te sentirás 100% mas fresc@. Si eres chica un short o un vestido con sandalias te quedarían buenísimos para estos días, y si eres un chico, unos bermudas con franelas son buena opción.
✅ Si eres chica de cabello largo, por estos días trata de hacerte trenzas o recogidos, sobrevives al calor y te ves bien.
✅ A donde sea que salgas ve siempre con una botella de agua con hielos, te mantendrá fresc@ desde dentro.
✅ Usa protector (filtro) solar. Proteger tu piel es lo primordial.
✅ Si eres de esas chicas que les gusta salir maquilladas sin importar el clima. Sería bueno que optaras por maquillajes simples y con protección solar. Un brillo labial hidratante, cremas hidratantes con color… son buenas opciones. ❀
✅ Bueno ya hemos llegado a casa, ahora lo que nos falta es ducharnos. Con agua fresca haremos nuestra rutina (Recuerda no ducharte si estás muy acalorad@)
Una vez duchad@ utiliza crema hidratante en tu cuerpo y rostro. Opta por pijamas frescos y sencillos.
