नमस्कार दोस्तों steemit के हिंदी ब्लॉग में आपका हार्दिक स्वागत है, आज मैं आपको जीवन में संग्घर्ष का महत्व के बारे में एक कहानी के ज़रिये बताने जा रहा हूँ

एक सेवानिर्वित्त अध्यापक के पड़ोस में एक बीमा एजेंट रहते थे। अध्यापक और बीमा एजेंट, दोनों को ही बागवानी का बहुत शौख था ।उन दोनों ने अपने बगीचे में बहुत तरीके के पौधे लगा रखे थे।अध्यापक अपने पौधों को ना ही बहुत पानी देते थे। और ना ही उन पर बहुत ज्यादा ध्यान देते थे।जबकि उनके पडोसी अपने पोधो को समय-समय पर पानी देते थे।और उनकी अच्छी देखभाल करते थे। अध्यापक के पौधे साधरण थे, पर अच्छे लगते थे।

एक दिन रात में खूब तेज आंधी आई और मूसलाधार बारिश भी हुई। दूसरे दिन सुबह दोनों पडोसी बाहर निकालकर अपने-अपने बाग़ का मुआयना करने लगे। बीमा एजेंट ने देखा की उसके पौधे जड़ो से उखड़ कर पूरी तरह से नष्ट हो चुके थे, लेकिन अध्यापक के पौधे वैसे ही खड़े मुस्कुरा रहे थे। यह देखकर बीमा एजेंट आश्चर्य चकित था।
वह अध्यापक के पास गया और बोला।की दोनों ने एक ही तरह के पौधे लगाए थे।मेने आपके मुकाबले अपने पोधो की ज्यादा देखभाल की और उनको खूब खाद पानी दिया , फिर भी मेरे पौधे उखड गए , जबकि आपकी पौधे अब भी खड़े है, यह कैसे संभव है ?
अध्यापक मुस्कुराये और बोले , आपने अपने पौधों की बहुत देखभाल की और बहुत पानी दिया, इसलिए उनको अपनी ऊर्जा और जीवन के लिए स्वयं प्रयास नहीं करना पड़ा। जबकि मेने पोधो की उतना पानी ही नहीं दिया, जितना की उन्हें आवस्यकता थी। इसलिए उनको अपनी जड़ें जमीन के अंदर तक पहुचाने के लिए स्वयं प्रयास करना पड़ा, जिससे उनकी जड़ें मजबूत और गहरी हो गई। इस कारण उन्होंने आंधी-पानी जैसी परिस्थितियों का भी डटकर सामना किया और जड़ों से उखड़े नहीं।

अगर बच्चो को सारी सहूलियते दी जायें , तो उन्हें जीवन में संग्घर्ष का महत्व नही समझ में आएगा।
