The pandemic is not over yet. We all still have to continue to see the pandemic period as a form of high-voltage electric shock in our every step. Therefore, we must always be aware of our steps in running any business. We have to deal with the still low growth economy so that we can continue to run the business. Every business we run should not die.
For that we must continue to look for opportunities in these difficult times. At least there are several ways that we can do to keep the business running and even make a profit.

1. Digital Technology Support

Digital technology can actually make businesses survive the crisis. When people are inhibited from going out, the internet becomes an option for disseminating information and running a business. This is especially true for primary needs businesses such as resellers of food, beverages, school supplies, and personal health equipment, such as masks or hand sanitizers.

Every business person must increase their insight into the ability to master digital technology. Quick response to consumers online can certainly make our business in the digital marketplace survive. In times like this pandemic, it is certainly a good momentum to make conventional businesses shift to digital and make marketing online.

2. Manage Customer's Heart


We must continue to retain old customers so that they are always loyal to our products. we can give special offers to old customers that are different from new customers. Service and discounts can be attractive offers for them. We can give bigger discounts for customers who buy up to 3 times a month. Then old customers will be loyal to the products we make. In addition, we can also provide satisfactory service to retain old customers. For example, with a loyalty program or a service with a personal approach.

3. Get New Customers


We can continue to increase promotions to attract new customers. We can also use existing customers to provide recommendations for the use of our products. We can use its network to request free recommendations.
Of course, we have to balance this with feed back for them. We need to provide vouchers for existing customers who can provide recommendations. We must also continue to maintain good relations with old customers. By having a good relationship with customers, we can certainly get these recommendations for free. the thing to remember is, make sure old customers have received the best service so that they feel valued.

4. Capital Injection


We can get capital injections from both the private sector and the government. as long as we can show good performance the owners of capital will be willing to pour their capital. The government is also actively growing the economy so that a lot of capital assistance is being provided. Currently we can apply for capital loans to banks that are supported by the government. What must be remembered is that we must always manage our finances so that the capital we get is not wasted.
