We are at day #12 of the 30 day Green Smoothie challenge!
Congrats everyone and good job at making it this far...
Today I am going to share with you my green smoothie.
2 apples
2 cups almond milk
1 avocado
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 banana
That's it!

Almond is very good for the brain, and chia seeds are good for nearly everything it contains very healthythings, and with a banana nothing can go wrong....
