Eight-armed Viṣṇu behind a tree holding śaṅkha in highest hands, with cakra and daṇḍa, wearing vanamālā, held up by Bhū Devī. Does the baby represent the creation emerging out of the tree of life? Kushan or pre-Kushan.
Eight-armed Viṣṇu may surprise some, but note that in Kashmir Śārikā (=Durgā) is shown with 18 arms, rather than just 8.
