A wishbone is important for the rough times. Sometimes you need to call upon a star for some luck to get out of a bind.

However, a wishbone cannot be counted on.

A funny bone is important all the time. If you don’t approach life with a sense of humor, you won’t survive for long.

However, a funny bone cannot be counted on.

A backbone is important every time. It separates the men from the boys. The women from the girls. A backbone is the soul of your self-confidence. It lays your boundaries, identifies their obstructions, and enforces their punishments.

A backbone can be counted on. A backbone can be relied upon.

Forge a backbone, cultivate a funny bone, and hope you don’t need to use the wishbone.
