Face Problems By Finding Solutions
Just think of something simpler. Begin how to reduce the problem, step by step. Or solve a small problem in order to solve a big problem.
Pump Your Mind
Yes, you have a mind, pompalah your mind to find a solution. Do not ever say "What should I do again?", "I'm confused", "I've given up", "I've tried everything", and similar words.
Such words will close the mind to find a solution. The emergence of these words due to panic and whiny.
Be a tough, calm person, and you will find a solution if you want to think hard. Honestly, many people prefer to complain and whine rather than think hard. Allah has given the potential of reason, use it!
Use your mind to find solutions. Remember, it does not have to directly address the overall problem, perhaps looking for a solution gradually.
Think, think creatively, seek information, seek ideas, seek knowledge, and learn. Very likely, there are others who have solved the same problem, so it can be learned.
Focus On Solutions
One of the traps that will inhibit is when our minds focus on the problem and in consequence if it can not solve the problem. Our minds are only filled with complaints and fears.
If so, our mind will not function. We will not find a solution, because we never think about it.
So think of a solution, then you will get a solution. Probably not the solution completely, but the solution remains the solution. It could only handle 10% of your problems, but it's much better than nothing.
If you can find a solution that reduces the 10% problem and you do as much as 10 times, is not there a complete problem? Do not ignore the small solution.
Get God's Help
Of course, this is foremost, the help of God. No matter what our problem is, it is all small for God. If God is willing to help us, nothing is impossible to resolve.
Perhaps, with the great test that is facing the media is a warning for us to better remember God. So we draw ourselves to God and ask for help from Him.
