Until my injury I went to gym early in the morning before breakfast. I felt really good the whole day. Had a lot of energy during the whole day.
Right now I am not able to train and I am feeling really lazy nowadays. And I am 100% sure that this is because of the missing workout.
I am having the same sleep rhythm and almost everything during my day is the same except the workout. Never would have imagined that the influence of workout is that big...
