Is the yolk of the egg harmful?

We have always heard that eating a lot of egg raises cholesterol levels, specifically the yolk, something that makes us think to those who practice physical exercise since the egg protein is the highest biological quality, and for its macronutrients is the most ideal for all types of food plan.

Finding the largest amount of nutrients in the yolk, is it really necessary to get rid of it?
