RE: Why There Is So Much Suffering In The World, And How You Can Learn To Cope With It.
Very well put. I came to the same realization about 25 years ago and wrote quite a bit about it...a concept I call dynamic equilibrium. Heraclitus wrote that everything is in a constant state of flux (change). The purpose of government (if it can even be said that government HAS a purpose) is to maintain equilibrium...to provide equality of opportunity. Beyond that, it's up to us. I'm enjoying your series. It would seem that in today's world, the purpose of government is to control the thoughts and beliefs of the people and redirect wealth into the hands of an every decreasing number of hands. It would be lovely if they did do as they're supposed to. (What you stated.)
Thank you very much for the kind message, and I shall not to keep you waiting too long for the next part of my series.
Excellent!
