My Journey 10 days in: yesterdays recipes because sucked!
Oversleep this morning...
Woke up this morning 5 minutes before a phone meeting
So All I had was 1/2 grapejuice cut 50% with water over ice and a few raisins for breakfast.
Hopped on
Sugar,
flustered,
low on oxygen
and just waking up
Is not a way to have a meeting with conservative people you never met before....
So breakfast yesterday was under 450 calories: 3 pancakes with raisins, butter and stevia.
here's the ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 apple
1/2 cup water
1/6 cup dehydrated milk
one dash of salt
1/2 teaspooon of baking powder
2 packets stivia
Everything in a blender except 1 pack of stevia and the butter.
Yummy!
