I completely agree with the statement and think that we decide ourselves to be happy or not. But how it sometimes happens we are too busy, have no time for just stop and enjoy small moments and waiting for a big achievements. When we are healthy, young and fit it feels like I am eternal and nothing can happen to me, I will think about for example to call my grandma to ask if she is all right, if she needs something tomorrow but we do not realize that we have to live today because tomorrow may be too late.
