Why North Korea isn't a dictatorship?

Anybody who reads newspapers or has access to Wi-Fi know why North Korea is making headlines and especially they're beloved leader. North Korea has been testing atom and hydrogen bombs but not many people know who the actual head of the country is. Some of you may be familiar with the name, Kim II Sung or not but anyways this guy is the president. But thats the most shocking part of my discovery(not exactly, more like 9gagging) and it has come to my attention that Kim II Sung is dead, thats right, didn't see that coming did ya. You can actually google this and this makes North Korea the only necrocracy in the world, in other words, the only country to be ruled by a deceased person.
