Nature is the best medicine. There are negative ions that are in abundance in nature that help to alleviate depression and anxiety. That's why a lot of the time we feel more relaxed when we're outdoors or hiking for example. Spend plenty of time out in nature and getting enough sunshine and you may notice an improvement :)
And take your shoes and socks off to feel the earth's energy even more.
