#23 POST: "WHAT I'VE FOUND TODAY"
Let me share this to you steemians...
"THE BAMBOO XYLOPHONE"
While having our field work earlier at Kiling NHS Leyte Philippines I found this, what they've called "Bamboo xylophone". And It caught my attention then I pulled out my cellphone and took a photo of it. The big one called "9 keys bamboo xylophone" while the small one called "4 keys bamboo xylophone".
I found it very nice, attractive and enjoyable, that's why what you see in the picture above is truly I enjoyed a lot playing it by hitting the bars with a mallet (a kind of drum stick) even though I don't know the exact rhythm of it. hahahaha.
What is a Xylophone?
Well a xylophone is part of a percussion family and exactly a musical instrument. Also it has a different way of expressing the sound and it can play different pitches. It belongs to the group which they often called "pitched percussion" or tuned percussion.
A xylophone was sometimes made of metal or wood. Exactly what I found was made of wood "bamboo". It has a different length of each piece of wood, that's why they play different notes when they are hit. Then the bars are arranged like the keys of a piano. That's why I found it enjoyable hitting the bars because it sounds differently and while hitting the bars I assumed I am a professional xylophone player. hehehehe.
Thank you for joining me once again! If you find it worthy to share, pls. do share and I appreciate it a lot!

Nice one, kryptonia @chetachi
How does it sounds?! 😊😂
The sounds is like the sound of piano.
What a marvelous treasure @remieltbertes. I play xylophone and other percussion instruments. I wish I knew how to make the xylophone and the marimba with bamboo. Just listen to songs and let your heart hear the rhythm and tune and then play. Someday you will be very good. I will resteem. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you mom @floridagypsy.
I love the sound of those and it's so cool you found such unique and pretty ones to play.
I'm coming to you from @kryptonia with the same user name. I normally do not take offers that require resteeming, but I decided to do a trial of it on Sundays for a few weeks to see how it goes. I have 3700 steemit followers, so maybe this will help your visibility.
Wow thank you so much @fitinfun.
