With all the drama and stress, we face in our day-to-day lives today, it is very easy for us to become stressed and depressed. Most of the times the situations we find ourselves in, we have little to no control over.
I find smiling and laughing a bit does wonders for stress levels, just taking a small timeout even during lunchtime at work, watching some funny videos, read a funny book, or even sharing funny stories with co-workers.
So try today to turn that frown upside down, smile a bit, and brighten up someone else’s day, because as we all know smiling is contagious.
Instead of spreading negative thoughts, see how far you can spread a smile.
Couldn't agree more. My one tiny modification would be that you should never resent anyone who doesn't smile back. You have no idea what kind of day they are having.
For sure that's understandable, we all have our down days.

Oh you're so right! When you smile and laugh, you let the light inside your soul, your brain. When you keep the happy pinched off, you are closed up in a dark hole and sometimes can see no escape. Smile :D :D
Very true words. I used to be one of those grumpy type people, but life is to short for that. We have to make the most of what time we have.

A smile its like love... its contagious, some people pretend being treated with kindness but they don't even try to give a smile, a hug, a bite of love. Sorry, I don't have a good english, i hope you guys can understand me. kisses!
