Dont quit
Good day all
Most of us start something in lif then not long after we started we quit becouse we let negative people and things put us down and make us feel that we can not do this or that
Weel i would just like to reminder everybody that we can do that and you all wil do that
Just like me i am still going strong with no smoking and there was alot of people that said u wont well they were wrong

Perseverance and more perseverance. Never listen to any negativity or naysayers. The easiest thing to do is to quit but the more rewarding thing to do is to keep achieving your goal and proving the naysayers that they are wrong.
