I agree with you, the future of steemit.com is looking more doubtful as interest in the site wanes. It has come down to a lot of small circles of people voting amongst themselves and not creating much value outside of this site. Unless something changes and there is a renewed interest I seem the price of steem dropping and essentially steemit becoming demonetized.
