No, but I notice that being "GOOD" at something usually involves a cluster of skills. My job for instance requires a level of competence across a set of skills, but that combination becomes it's own "skill" from the outside viewpoint. The main thing is to leverage strengths hard, and deal with weaknesses that act as roadblocks.
