Sometimes we all feel bored. Question will come - What to do now.
How come famous and successful people do not get bored
how would it be if Usain Bolt or floyd mayweather says, 'I am feeling bored man!!'
sounds weird, don't they?

Too much boredom creates hatred. Hatred on objects or people.

So here are some steps to prevent and overcome boredom and enjoy your life

  1. Focus on your work (if you are a professional or a student, just check if you have anything pending from your side and works towards it). This habit will develop lot of good things
    a. Builds integrity
    b. makes you more skilled professional and will give you a competitive advantage.
    c. Working or doing a work over and over again is like sharpening the knife.
  2. Do some workout. Be it a simple walking or running or weight lifting. Running will boost the enthusiasm and energy levels right away
  3. Call or meet with some friends

Always do not fall for instant gratification. Nothing can be accomplished instantaneously.

One who knows to sit in one place and work patiently can accomplish anything.

Happiness is contagious. If you are happy, people around you are happy.
Everyone prefers to be with happy people.
The choice is always ours.
