Leadership can definitely be one of the most challenging roles no matter the job type. Some people struggle with it a great deal more than others. I have truly found over the years if you had a tendancy to serve daily tough doses of business medicine to people - adding a dash of care can go a SUPER long way.
So as you go about you engagements for next week - which will kick off a new month; consider the role you have with leading people to the water. Just remember some people cannot take the cold, some people cannot take that hot. But 'water' served room temp can serve alot!

In the servicing people, it in important to cater to the needs of the person and treat each individual as such, as an individual.
So VERY true. We should WANT to do things that way if we are honest with ourselves; sadly we sometimes do not.
