5 Ways to find your hobby
Stop for a moment and think about what inspires you the most. Passion is one of the ways to gain happiness. How do you find your interests?
1. Do not limit yourself, do more than one thing: You play the guitar, you write, you are a therapist or a lawyer and you do not know what to decide? Do not limit yourself. Everything you do consists of you and your experience. But when you feel overwhelmed, do not know what to do next, stop and listen to what intuition tells you
2. Start doing what you're really good at. Do not look for inspiration in areas where you are bad. Start with what you are doing right now and get involved until it leads you to the next stage. Success adds energy, motivates, and positively influences further action. Feel it and let it move to the next level. Remember that improving one field can spread to another.
3. Remind yourself what dreams you had during your childhood. Did you want to be a writer? Firefighter? Doctor? What part of these dreams has survived the next years? How did you shape the present? Who was or is your authority? Let your memories be an inspiration for new ideas.
4. Make a mind map with the word "passion" in the middle: this way will be helpful especially if you have already wondered what activity you would like to focus on, but you do not know how to start. Before, ask yourself if your passion is to focus primarily on you or others. Then draw a circle in the middle of the card - it represents your hobby. Now draw lines running from it, and write for each of them what comes to your mind. You can end a task if you write at least ten associations.
5. If you did not have to think about money, what would you like to do? It is not about imagining yourself lying on the beach with a drink with a palm in your hand. The point is that you concentrate on spending time actively. If nothing comes to your mind, think about what makes your life better. Do you play the guitar and thanks to that you are calmer and more sympathetic to other people? Start with this. ☺
