cohesiveness, togetherness is all good, in forming a group, an activity, an event, we must simultaneously let the show succeed, if we want the show to be good we must be compact must work together mutually, support each other, mutual care, mutual respect, that's the way if we want to succeed the show. And let's easy the way it works, we have to divide the task, this one and the other one, and we when already given the task do continue and do their respective tasks, if it's like that must be the show success. so that equality is important for a group.
