Truth about money

Money isn't everything?
Try telling that to someone who has none see what they say. Everyone on here has a device or access to a device therefore is not poor. Yeah you don't have no savings yeah you struggle to pay bills but your not poor.
Poor to me is getting up in the morning off the ground coz you have no bed wiping the rain from your face coz you have no roof.
This mainly applies to third world countries or should they be fifth world countries since there seems to be an ever greater disparity between the rich and poor.
India, China are amongst the biggest and fastest growing economies. We constantly see the great developments and how the rich spend there money and get us jealous and wish we were there.
I see the other side. I see people in slums rummaging through rubbish to make a penny, people living in spaces that are literally a cupboard just to get a few hours sleep before they start there 20 hour shift for a few pounds and I thank god that I'm not there.
People don't appreciate what they have and its not just about money. Health love family friends all important but yet all we do is chase the dollar coz the system has made it so.
If you are highly paid are you more useful to society?
The more you get paid implies you contribute more to society
Bankers Directors Ceo's get paid more than garbage men nurses doctors why? Many would agree many would disagree if only there was an example, here's one:
In 1968 New York garbage men went on strike the strike lasted 6 days a state of emergency was called and the garbage men got there demands and came back to work, people considered them useful.
In 1970 two years later Bankers in Ireland went on strike it lasted 6 months and literally nothing happened, they realised nobody cared and just went back to work.
The truth is money has been created by the rich for the rich to make them richer.
