RE: Do you know the Japanese "Rising sun" flag, which has the same meaning as "Hakenkreuz"?
Caution; this might be an one-sided opinion because I'm Japanese.
Rising Sun flag has some meanings like the sun brings people blessings, and this branched that some meanings. Well, actually... most Japanese are no longer religious, so they don't use the flag for hoping that a mother can bear a baby peacefully, wishing bounties of nature, or something related with the sun's blessings, but still many people like fishermen have used the flag for a good catch, so the flag itself is not relevant to Japanese militarism. Just there are various sides to the flag.
ahh, btw I think you should have told Japanese Gov's argument for the flag if, from the bottom of your heart, you want people to judge whether Japanese action is correct or not. Without Japanese Gov's opinion, people here can't get stuff to judge. AND, I think you don't prove that Rising sun flag and Hakenkreuz have the same meaning in this article. I'm really curious about that claim.
