The most important smile in life is your own. Most people like to please others and that’s fine, I am the same. But at the same time it’s very important to make sure that you keep smiling yourself. On the outside obviously, but also on the inside. They say that it is very important to help yourself first before you can help others and I think that’s the truth. I found out in the last couple of years that you yourself are number one, no matter what. Do what works for you, feel good about who you are and try to be a better person every day. Only you are in control. And you should never give up on yourself. When you realize this, things start to manifest all around you. Feel the experience of life and start living it to your full potential. Make it happen, be here now and spread some love.
