Jelly Fish - Is it really possible for them to have a consciousness!

I saw this giant jelly fish at the sea aquarium in Singapore. Wonder all these movements are just basic neuronal reflexes or can there be something more to it. Can it be a three dimensional representation of something more complex in another field?!
