The contractor that screwed it up in the first place wouldn't even come back out to fix it. They just said to use less water when it rains, but we had flooding even when we were using no water at all.

These new guys charged me $700 for an emergency pump out and diagnosis while it was flooding. It was another $750 for the repair job.

Funny thing is that I think the first contractor only charged $400 to screw it up.
