We all go through bad days in our lives because that's exactly what life is, the mixture of good and bad days. Bad days ruins our moods and we start to feel lazy and purposeless. You're not alone, we all are in the same boat.
However, successful people are those who overcome their bad feelings and cheer themselves up for what they accomplished, rather than crying for what they lost. If you are aware, depression disease is getting too common nowadays because we worry too much about unnecessary things. We think too much about what already happened and we start to analyze our future in the light of bad days that came into your life.
Believe me, we all have some unique qualities. Each person has some great skills, it's just a matter of time and opportunity that he show them to the world and get rewarded for them. Well, if you want an example, then authors on Steemit can be seen as the perfect example.

Stop thinking about your failure as if that's the end of the world.
You have a lot of blessings of God on yourself. Your eyes themselves are much powerful that can be used to view the beauty of nature. Always try to think of the people that are of lower standards than you're currently. That makes you feel relaxed and you'll start to feel that you're much blessed. That should reduce your frustration a lot.

One of the best ways to turn your mood from bad into good is to play whatever makes you feel better. Yes, you guessed it correct! I am talking about your hobbies. Though I must admit that during the bad mood, it is difficult to apply this technique because naturally, you won't like anything including your hobbies.
But you must take a step forward. Even if you don't have enough mood to play with your habits, you must try them because that's what will make you feel distracted from the previous disturbing thoughts. It won't take more than 5 minutes to achieve the feeling of freshness.
Another option is to do what makes you feel better. No matter if that's your hobby or not but there is one condition, it must be harmful neither to you nor for others. You must take extraordinary care of such things before taking any step forward.
# 3 - Switch your thoughts!

Easier said than done, but if you have a good wife who understands you better, then you should try not to sit alone but with her only. Ask her to share what she found that worth sharing with you. Then you will start to build a positive conversation with your wife.
But hey, if your wife is screwing you over by yelling about how unfair the life is, then you should gently ask her to stop and you should move out of the room to make sure she couldn't talk further on that topic with you.
In that case, the best alternative option is to start thinking about your memorable days like happy moments with your friend or your first wedding night when you were excited to start a new life with your wife. Oh come on, we all have some memorable events of our life that could cheer us well when we are in bad mood. At least I can say that I've many, hehe.
