don't be discourage, it's okay

when you think you lost everything, when things are not the way you expected them to be, when things fall apart, when all hope is lost, when at the point suicide was the best option but you realise that suicide was never the best option. Be strong.

when  live hit you hard on the face when friends turn their back on you when nothing seems to be working when the pressure on family is on you let the tears flow and wash your face let your smile breaks, and open your heart. Realise.

there's nothing you haven't done or have to do that got you right here. 

Believe.

sometimes everything seems to crumble everything laboured for seems to wash down the drain nothing seems to be working out well. 

Contemplate.

sometimes you have to stand alone to prove that you can still stand. 

Faith.

until then it is the live that we create, that we choose for ourselves.

Don't be discourage good things awaits you tomorrow just as the sun shines bright up in the sky when the stars twinkle in the night bringing up good memories.

swimming along the stream of things that happen did we see them coming or were we busy!

can I say it's okay even when it's not  we are distracted along the way or totally forgotten.

And even then beyond lost and beyond found beyond all that we think we are and have to be.

no matter what it may be, how tough it looks life itself is hard and unpredictable. it is just like queuing in a fuel station to fuel your car waiting patiently for it to get to your turn life is patience and when it get to your  turn there will be a reason to smile.
