I think the people who just exist but don't live is because they don't believe in themselves.
If they have a strong belief in themselves and work accordingly, there is nothing that can stop them in achieving their goal or dream.
Yes, they have no sense of responsibility and they lack self belief. A lot of people with talent sit back and fold their arms because they are either fearful or lack the needed self belief. Life is meant to be lived.
