A PFT Inquiry
Hello fellow steemians,
I've got an inquiry today for all my PFT viewers...I'm going to list 5 examples of some of the types of videos that I sometimes produce and I'd like your input on which types of vids you prefer...
So for example, sometimes I do:
#1 "doc style vids" These videos are like short documentaries with music, narration, broll, multiple clips etc...they play out like a short film

or #2 "screengrab vids" These are the ones where I go over the news while you're seeing what I'm doing on my laptop
(recent example)
or #3 "jump cut vids" These are rants spewed to camera which I edit together into a somewhat cohesive statement.
(recent example)
or #4 "man on the street interviews" These are interviews/interactions with the public type vids
(recent example)
OR
or #5 "Live videos" These are live productions filmed in studio with guests.
(recent example)
Let me know which types of vids you prefer! I'm curious to hear what you guys like to see from Press For Truth! Thanks for your input!

I think by far the best are 1, 4 and 5.
1 because the viewer can concentrate on the information being presented....viewing the chosen depictions whilst the narrative adds context and emphasis.
4 and 5 provide the means to add authenticity from additional perspectives and first-hand realism.....both of which, when executed well, add context, balance and punch to the message.

My preference is #1 Documentary Style. Call me old fashioned I guess. But I enjoy mostly anything youve produced. 🤔
As others have stated. Your work is good, all your work is good but I believe the more "doc styled vids" have the most potential to set you apart and also gives the viewer a more well rounded information picture. I would suggest all have their value but I say #1 is the most important.

I like styles #2 and #4 the best.
I like #3 the least. I appreciate your efforts on #3 styles to machine-gun those points, but my brain doesn't work that fast.... while I'm processing one point you make, you've moved on to another point, which I totally miss. And then I kinda loose touch. So, for me, I have to watch it several times before I can really get the full impression. And I'd really only do that if the subject matter draws me in. Like the "Truth of Assange..." video .... In that one, you give shot after shot and I needed some pause to process it all. The subject matter was interesting and your line of thinking was right-on IMO, so I "powered through it" at least three times.
