I worked a development work one summer and continued addressing what I was advised to do. The foreman at long last, clearly, set me straight. It's OK to reevaluate the wheel, however simply after you know how the present wheel functions. Never expect you know better when you don't generally know anything.

"If you want to know how much you'll be missed when you're gone, put your finger in a bucket of water and then remove it. The hole that's left will be how much you are missed."

Nobody is fundamental. Nobody. Not even this person. Rather than being discouraging, the possibility that you're professionally replaceable is freeing. You may not leave a gap, but rather you can leave a blemish on a man, a group, or a culture that lives on after you're gone.
