About frustration

Every person in this our universe is a certain degree of development. Usually, people of the same degree attract and tend to form groups that think similarly. There is a minority in the higher grades, as well as a minority in lower grades, and this development has nothing to do with social class, economic or any other simplistic adjective. Gradually, each one goes up or down frequency according to their own perception of life.

Regardless of the degree of approximation, each individual, as the term already provides, is embarking on a unique, individual way. We suffer because we wait for the other to behave according to our expectations. We are the ones responsible for the fairy tale that we create in our minds.

Our biggest challenge is to understand that we are the only ones responsible for our evolution, and that we live with many people in life, none of them like us. Each of these people will give us what you can and nothing, either good or bad, whether expected or not, and we need to accept, even in worst case scenarios, that those who hurt us is also someone trying to survive the best way they think and the best we can do is not turn sorrow, bitterness, envy or any other feeling in a destructive relationship.

I have learned that we get frustrated and feel empty, acting in such a way immature and inconsequential, when we create expectations about what escapes from our control: the other, the world and life, the outside.nd the recipe to kill gradually this addiction to wait too is to focus our attention on ourselves, our physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual development.

Over time, we realized that there is so much to be done to improve and evolve, that our great frustrations become tiny and insignificant, and that there is no recipe for happiness, because the formula varies stages of our life. Every conquered step, we learn that we already have everything we need for a perfect life.
