It's the day that many around the world celebrate as a day to educate people about MARIJUANA (Cannabis) and how it is GOOD for us all. (and of course share some and use some in the open!)

For a long time, this NATURAL PLANT has been associated with "stoners" and "drug users" but it has grown in popularity steadily and is even quite common to see people using it as a MEDICINE (oils, balms, creams, tinctures...).

Of course SMOKING IT, (you know JOINTS & BONGS but also VAPING IT too).

There's also EATING IT (yes it's even EDIBLE in many products including, BROWNIES & COOKIES (obviously!) but also in some specialist cafe's, restaurants, and bars. in the food & drinks they serve.

In fact you can make CANNABUTTER (Cannabis BUTTER) which can be used in anything that would use butter. Go look for the recipies/instructions yourself

Unfortunately in many countries and states, it is still an illegal act to use MARIJUANA in any form. The more enlightened countries and states are slowly or more quickly in some cases moving to make medical Marijuana use legal.

Using CANNABIS as a MEDICINE is recommend by many many in the medical profession as a way to allieviate pain especially, and treat numerous medical conditions.

It is important to note that there are no cases where a human has died directly from consuming cannabis, absolutely ZERO CASES OF DEATH from Marijuana usage. That is incredible....now think how many die from alcohol, and cigarettes & tobacco, and all those many other non-naturally made medical treatment chemicals (including especially Opioide overdose).

This NATURAL PLANT can make us FEEL GOOD, which is something we all need to feel from time to time. It is not a Depressant (alcohol is) and it doesn't give you hangover either...it makes you feel HAPPY

Because it makes you HAPPY, it is becoming a much more widespread RECREATIONAL USE mind altering, dare I say it... drug.

For this reason, there is a huge push to make RECREATIONAL USE of CANNABIS a legal activity...indeed in many places around the word IT IS LEGAL (do check first before you go searching, growing, or using it though, I don't want to get anyone into trouble)
