Life Is Simple
Life is in fact so simple
Why do we make it so complicated
If only we go with the flow
Instead of dictating where our life should go
We are not content with what we have
Always wishing to have more
If only we give thanks and be grateful
For the blessings life has already bestowed
We fret about things big and small
And often act out of fear
If only we can let go of our fears and worries
And placed our trust in the Almighty
For our lives are beautiful
Just the way they are
Savoring the present moment
Living our lives one day at a time
