Just as cells are the building blocks of Life, so are individual humans in any organization. Rigidit organizations miss the fluidity needs to adapt to the ever changing world around them. By engaging in characteristics of bureaucracies, organizations use hierarchical procedures to simplify, stifel and replace the autonomous decisions and creativity of its building blocks. It is common knowledge that a Human is a complex Being. To simplify one is offensive on numerous degrees. So why do organizations use hierarchical procedures to simplify, stifel and replace a Human’s autonomy in decisions and creativity ? Such discrepancies, among others, are point to the roots of individual and collective Human suffering. Consequently, Polyocracy shall remedy such disparity.

On Google’s support page a Dashboards is defined as, “a collection of widgets that give you an overview of the reports and metrics you care about most. Dashboards let you monitor many metrics at once, so you can quickly check the health of your accounts or see correlations between different reports.” A simple Google about will reveal 241,000,000 results in 0.47 seconds of all products, services and conversations built around the utility of dashboard.You must be thinking: What sets Polyocracy apart? It's simple, really. We want to show you the web of interactions between you and other entities. This will empower our users to have clear view of who is utilizing their data. Such reports and metrics will serve to enhance any entity’s ability to be creative when efficiently coordinating their efforts while compensate for lack of resources towards desired ends.
2. Social Contracts
For such a web of interaction to exist, the must exists a social contract between the parties involved. People, teams and organizations have an implicit agreements among each other to cooperate towards a certain goal. The dashboard will be primarily powered by social contracts as a services between entities. Tracking of such contracts will provide insight into whether parties involved are efficiently coordinating their efforts while compensating for lack of resources towards desired ends
3. Artificially Intelligent Assistant
Using data from your personal and everyday social life, we will provide you with analytics and suggestions on actions to take to improve coordination of efforts while compensating for lack of resources. The BBC is quoted saying,

The last tool we will offer in the early stages of Polyocracy is to have an inbuilt Artificial Intelligent Assistant that will turn mountains of data into actionable insights. Such an assistants responsibility will be to analyze data generated from the web of interactions created through existing social contracts with other entities. Actionable suggestions of how to mold Social and Environmental towards improving Life Conditions through efficient coordination of efforts while compensating for lack of resources. Whether Personal or Social entities, Polyocracy’s Artificially Intelligent Assistant will provide suggestions of steps to take in becoming the best version of thyself. Simplify, stifel and replace a Human’s autonomy in decisions and creativity is the reality of the past; in our future every person, team and organization will be part of building suite of products and projects that eradicate Suffering. Polyocracy’s role in that is to provide a platform that will make it easier to efficiently coordinate of efforts while compensating for lack of resources.
Conclusion
It is, therefore, my wish to build a movement and organization that creates a suite of products that eradicate Suffering. This might seem daunting, far fetched or too broad to really have an impact within such a scope. Nonetheless, I will try, for individual and collective human suffering that arises from Life Conditions shaped by powerful Social and Environmental Forces. Thus, a framework can be built that will guide individuals and communities towards align their social and environmental forces towards creating the life conditions they seek. Some might say it is impossible to build a utopia future, I disagree with them. I’m doing this because believe it is possible, and even if I fail to hit the mark in my lifetime, progress made would serve as a foundation for triumph of future generations.
