Today's forcast Holy Crap, I can't feel my face degrees
You need new window frames they said, will be so marvelous they said!
Some things you should plan in Summer! Lesson learned? Nah... I rather have things done!
But today sure as hell was a cold one!
Beeeep Beeeeep the alarm clock screamed in my ear this morning at 06:30 am! Time to rise and shine and let in the workers! I did open the door.... To the other bedroom while my partner handled the workers. No way in freaking snek land will I ever see the sun rise at that hour! I will watch it on tv or pictures!
For a brief moment I thought about making coffee but as soon as my head hit my pillow again I started to dream that I was on this marvelous island with cold drinks and birds singing sweet songs! My dream was short because I had forgotten to put things in my ears! The sound of hammers and breaking wood slipped into my dream and made me wake up with a WHAT THE FUCK feeling for sure!
Holy crap there is a hole in my house!
I knew it would happen but seeing that I am not the brightest brain in the morning ( read before noon) I was super surprised to find all my windows and frames gone! The heck was I thinking? That they would snap their fingers and it would be done?
I blame the fact that I did not drank any coffee before I stumbled into the rooms finding at least 5 males working there! I was in my jammies! My pink jammies because.... Who cares! It was the fact that my hair was standing up straight pointing to Heaven itself that made me wonder about my own mental... Anyways....Coffee and hours later all the window frames and windows where back but by that time I was also frozen solid!
While Spring already showed the temperature today was the kind you would call.... HOLY crap my fingers are black or purple or just totally gone! I hit in the one room with windows but the cold, the mighty cold, found me no matter how many sweaters and blankets I used!

It took hours before I finally felt warm again but let me tell you something! It was so worth it! The windows already look so amazing! The wood frames were rotting for sure and it was a good thing we replaced them! They will come back tomorrow for the finishing touches! I can't wait to waggle to the other bedroom again in the morning!

Windows are in but there is a lot of air coming in still from the sides! They will close everything tomorrow! I am having a hot steaming cup of tea right now! :D
