Years of friendship, tons of memories—happy and sad, but one thing has not changed — the loudness, waves of laughter and joy in our hearts whenever we sit down and gather.
We may have our own separate lives now but we make sure to gather at least once in a year.
These past years, it has been a trend that we meet every July and celebrate my birthday with them. Last year, almost everyone was able to come...
This year, there are few who already went back to the Philippines and others have a prior commitment. Nevertheless, every minute spent with them is amazing.
It was a simple get together, started with Bowling session —I was not able to join them as I am sick and were not able to get up early. Then we met for lunch at Pampangenoes in Al Wahda Mall Extension. They serve delicious food, from soup, main dishes to desserts 👌 buffet with drinks for only AED 38/- ($10.50) per head.
In every get-together, talking about past and reminiscing all the good and bad times will always come out but you will always notice the difference between the topics. From our "Kalokohans" to more of seriousness or let's say maturity — talking about setting up business!
But the hot topic was how to make a baby!! Yeahhh a baby!... Ooohhh,,, I don't entertain pressure anyway, but all the advice are noted and will surely do it!! LOL
Whenever we are together, all we can think of is FOOD and the struggle of where should we eat?!?! BUT this time...
Where is MotherCare?!?!
Yeahh,,, it's because of our gorgeous expecting couple 👶
Oppss... they're not fighting, they were just discussing... 🤣🤣🤣
And we wrapped the day with hugs and kisses and surely, we will be meeting again — very soon to meet the new member of our family, baby Joco (JOy & riCO) 😍
I am just lucky having these guys in my life.
