It's been eight (8) years since I became a father, I still do not believe it! but the saying that "time flies by" is also true, that "In less than a blink, everything changes". At first you say yourself; It should not be so difficult, I've taken care of small children before, but let me tell you that it is not the same, the responsibilities that being a father implies are endless, every day is a new challenge, changing diapers, sleepless nights, things to learn and elementary topics to review.

From the beginning to the present, there has been a constant change, where the daily theme is; Be patient, do things calmly and strive every day to be the best model you can have. Give the example, it sounds easy! But everyone who is a father or mother knows that it is not. After the path traveled in this paternal experience, changes have arisen, both good and bad, but not to falter is the daily mission to fulfill.

This little creature is 131 cm and weighs 31 kg, is now eight (8) years old, loves video games, both PC and console, plays actively: Minecraft, Plants against Zombies, everything about Mario Bross (what kind of father otaku-gamer would not let his son have the same tastes, I'm so proud of that), his favorite characters are: Luigi Mario Bross (the picture says it all), Minecraft Creeper, the Lightning Mc. Queen Disney Cars ; is the most picky person I know at the time of eating, able to take even the smallest dressing of a meal, so you have to liquefy everything and as if it was not enough, strain it, by the way it is called Angel Daniel.

One more (1) year of this mischievous voyage is already fulfilled where we try to celebrate it in the best way possible. The day begins!!! It is July 6; the sun peeks through the window, in my mind I just hope to have a good day and a thought arises; "San Isidro, for what you love, I would appreciate it if you do not cause rain today. Amen".

The morning is premeditated, the time is short, the plan is to take my son to school so that he can share in his desired date with his classmates (how lucky his birthday is always before they have vacations), once he has cleaned up , start in the kitchen, Menu for breakfast; Pan a la Pizzola (basic bread covered with basic ingredients of a Pizza) and Hot Chocolate!!! There is no better way to start a birthday.

Breakfast ready, it's still early, the birthday boy has woken up, just need to get ready, easy work! He's already big, he knows how to do it almost all by himself, I still remember when I had to dress him myself to take him to preschool. It's his birthday and he's allowed to go to school with casual clothes, once ready we're on our way, a long stretch! Currently there are problems with transportation, but that does not stop us from being motivated for a great start to the day.

We got to school, Oh no!!! There are no classes, teachers meeting, Up’s!!! The teacher forgot to inform us that little detail, this time she was not so lucky, she will not be able to celebrate her birthday at school. It's the least, Positive Attitude! More free time in the morning. We return home, it's time to have breakfast, the good news is that Chocolate and Pan Pizzola can be reheated.

It's early, it's barely eight thirty in the morning (8:30 a.m.), a very dear neighbor named Fide, he just brought a jelly for the party, it's colored with condensed milk; The sight is spectacular, the fruity aroma combined with the condensed milk has no comparison, I will simply say; all a delicacy! It shows the commitment, the love that is dedicated to the development of this piece so delicious.

The morning passes, the house has to be ready, the guests will soon arrive, many things have to be cleaned thanks to the fact that lately the rainy weather has become present, hands on the job, time is short, hard work, but it has to be done, the time goes by quickly, it's time to have lunch, but we do not get so complicated, the grandmother will go to buy something for the child for lunch, but you do not have to rest on your laurels, there is still much to do.

How fast they came to the house! the child has craved something very strange, a sausage wrapped in puff pastry bread (I do not know what it's called), unexpectedly did not inform them that the sausage was half spicy, so I did not like it much, poor of my child, There are already two (2) things that do not go well today, but that does not discourage you, after the storm there is always a radiant sun!.

The guests begin to arrive, around there are not many children, but the friends of the grandmother come to share with us, they all have great appreciation, they constantly come to make visits and their company is always well received.

To the kitchen!!! that the good service accompanied with the good service, has always been a strong that I have not been able to break, between sauces, snacks, drinks is going on in the afternoon, one by one the dishes are served, the heat in the kitchen increases, it is gratifying to see how one-to-one flattery accompanied by congratulations are arriving, despite being fast and very simple things..

When the night is approaching, the cake time has arrived!! We all gather to sing birthday, one by one they are placed, the warmth of friends together with the family is perceived and all crowded together, singing Happy Birthday! It’s time to blow the candles! Where the story of the 3 little pigs next to the evil wolf comes to light, because even though the candles were blown they did not go out, but those that did it turned on again, just like an act of magic, such point of having to blow out the candles with your fingers.

You can not miss a personalized touch like dad who works with laser cutting in MDF, you have to give a good example of your own design, a simple but striking decoration for the cake with the theme of Brothers Luigi and Mario, you have to make it happy in your day, but for what we are !!.
