Self-Motivation

I've found that motivating myself isn't as hard as it once was, not after having had such a demanding job for so long. Now I've got a new gig coming up that I was hired for as a result of getting fired from my previous job. That's nice. And at the new place, I get ownership, plus pay, plus more creative freedom, so it's good all around.

The main positive for me is that I can now be sure it really wasn't much them at all, the previous employer. They were demanding because they're demanding and they didn't pay a lot because they can get away with it.
