True Calling

Beautiful weather in E. Tennessee

It has been a tough two weeks at work. I scheduled myself on consecutive days due to personal reasons and then getting over respiratory illness. I can say, I had fully recovered on it but my mind wondered for the past two weeks at work. Sometimes my husband asked "how can I do what I do?" I had to say, it is tough and not everybody can do it but this is my calling and I am grateful that I can make a wonderful impact to someone else life.

It is not easy performing a resuscitation on somebody who is dying. It requires competency, skills and calmness amidst adrenaline rush. Time is always essential. Adult and children are different, in children once they lost their breathing and heartbeat sometimes they go fast unless adequate medical intervention had been performed to prevent further deterioration.

Sometimes I tell myself, it's just "one of those days." In life, you don't always get what you want and you do not understand the ifs and why of everything but you just have to trust the Lord above for everything and make the necessary action that needed to fulfill your task.

The outcome can either be good or bad but I do believe there is a reason for everything. My mind may not understand the reason why but in the Lord's time, he will reveal it.
