Thats the biggest fail on the libertarian argument. Free market and no laws os always good when you are on the side that get the benefits, but when the table turn, demand fairness of the rules.

Steemit as It is os designers and working as a Free market, where the ones with more influence/Power decides what should recieve rewards.

And water is still Free. Processing water is not.
